Choosing the right plan is important, and we're here to answer your questions. If you have questions about our services, you're in the right place.
Can I customize the detail service for either your Preservation, Maintenance, or Concours plans?
Absolutely, we're flexible with all of our detailing plans to allow you to get the services that you really need.
Do I really need to start with the Preservation detail plan first?
Yes, new clients or clients' vehicles that we haven't seen in over a month, will require the level of attention and detail to produce the proper results. However, if you opt for our Concours plan, we'll make an exception.
What do you need available on-site?
We come to you, so we'll need access to an electrical outlet and a water source. If that's a problem where you park, contact us — we may still be able to accommodate you.
How long do these details typically take?
For our Preservation plan, it can take anywhere from 4-6 hours. If you decide to continue service with us and enroll in our Maintenance plan, those details may take approximately 3-5 hours. Our Concours plan details are a multi-day treatment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and cash, whichever is most convenient for you.
Are there any hidden fees beyond the displayed cost?
No, we're very transparent in our pricing and will ensure that there's no opportunity for miscommunication or misalignment of expectations.
